This company does not provide any insurance for any goods or services it provides. If the customer should wish to get insurance coverage, please let us and/ or the relevant parties know; furthermore, please note that such insurance coverage may cost extra.

Shipping Policy

 

Where do you ship?

​

Currently, we ship to the whole of Malaysia. A certain selection of our products are also available for delivery to Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia.

 

For international shipping to the rest of the world, shipping can be arranged – just send us a message at admin@gogomotive.com and we will get you sorted!

 

How long will it take to process my order?

 

We process all orders daily between Monday to Saturday and aim to get them out the very same day! However, please allow a 2-3 business days processing time in case of any unforeseen circumstances or delays.

 

How do I track my order?

 

Once you have placed your order, our team will process it. Upon completion of packaging, a shipping label tracking number will be assigned to your package. Following that, a separate email will be sent to you with your tracking details.

 

I still have not received my order / The shipment tracking sheet is not updating. What should I do?

 

If you are facing issues with your parcels whereabouts, we first advise that you reach out to the courier's customer service with your parcel tracking number. As they have the necessary infrastructure in place, they will be better able to help you track down your package.

What if a parcel is damaged or lost? Are they insured?

 

Please note that all quotations / packages / deliveries are non-insured. Proof of shipment is considered proof of delivery and as such, Gogomotive Sdn Bhd will not be held liable for any lost or damaged shipments that occur during transit or after the package leaves our premises, regardless of shipping service selected. If you have an issue with your package, please contact the courier directly and file a complaint.

 

Are customs/duties/taxes imposable?

 

Delivery addresses outside of Malaysia may be charged handling fees and taxes once the package arrives at its destination, depending on the local laws and regulations. Gogomotive Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any charges applied to your order and these charges are borne by the customer.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us and for the shipment of the exchanged product.
